Bespoke Corals

If you hold a collection, we can grow it into a coral of its own.

It works like this. You bring a source corpus — a catalogue, an archive, the contents of a programme or a research initiative. We have a conversation about what matters in it: what to honour, what to bring forward, what to quietly compress. Then the coral is grown to fit, in the shape your material actually has.

The result is a generous interface for your collection: something people can explore and take in whole, rather than a search box they have to interrogate.

Every corpus is different, so every commission is too. What it takes depends on the state of your data, the depth of its structure, and any bespoke styling. We usually start with a short call, to see whether your material is a fit for the form.

Beyond commissions, we give talks, run workshops, and take on residencies and partnerships with institutions curious about what the form makes possible for their material.
