Contributions to the plugin's source are accepted under these terms (License §5).

By submitting a contribution (any code, documentation, or other material submitted for inclusion in the Software, e.g. via pull request, patch, or issue attachment) to the Liefwork project, You agree to the following terms with Pavlos Zafiropoulos, sole trader trading as Phigram, publisher of Liefwork (the "Licensor"):

1. Copyright license. You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform your contribution, and to relicense it under any terms, including the Liefwork Source-Available License, a commercial license, and any open-source license (such as Apache-2.0 under §12 of the License).

2. Patent license. You grant the Licensor and recipients of the Software a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free patent license covering any of your patent claims necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or in combination with the Software.

3. Originality and right to submit. You confirm the contribution is your original work (or you have the right to submit it under these terms), that it does not knowingly infringe third-party rights, and that if your employer has rights in it, you have permission to submit it.

4. You retain ownership. This is a license, not an assignment; you keep the copyright in your contribution and may use it for any other purpose.

5. No obligation. The Licensor is not obliged to include any contribution in the Software.

6. No warranty. Contributions are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece, consistent with §11 of the License.
